Ill Definitely Use Them Again
I just had my first move with Black Tie. I chose them based on positive reviews and their unique business model (incentivizing on-time moves for the movers and using employees instead of day laborers). The movers Chris Y and Jonathan T were great. It is obvious they take pride in their work and care about the customers experience. They literally rolled out the red carpet and had all the gear needed (huge truck, shrink wrap, dollies, padding, extra tape, etc.) to accomplish the move efficiently. The move was finished within the time frame I expected and there was absolutely no damage to my items. Ill definitely use them again. Tip: check Yelp in case the $50 for $100 deal is still available.
