I work at a storage facility in Nashville. Today while at work Black Tie Moving was on site with a customer. We had an issue come up and I called the office of Black Tie Moving to address it. I want to compliment their professionalism in the office and the humbleness of their mover Shawn (Sean). He earned my respect as an individual and a company representative. Thank you all for the quick responses. I look forward to working with this moving company in the future.
